Pierre Buick GMC of Everett

I called about a week ago and set an appointment to get my 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate it's 45,000 service and also pointed out that my windshield washer fluid was not working even though my washer fluid was my 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate it's 45,000 service and also pointed out that my windshield washer fluid was not working even though my washer fluid was full. I dropped my truck off, got a call a couple hours later that my oil change was done. I asked about the washer fluid issue and they said they didn't have anyone on staff to diagnose this issue. I asked why they scheduled my appointment for a time when there was not a tech on staff to diagnose an issue that I pointed out when I set the appointment. I was repeatedly told that wasn't on the work order and they would have to check the phone records, which I asked them to do. I asked if I could listen in, which I was told no. They told me to bring the truck back the next day, but I live 30 minutes north and work 30 minutes north of my home, so that wouldn't work unless they could provide a loaner vehicle. The issue immediately became my problem without any solutions provided. At the end of the day, they told me they didn't want my money from the services actually provided which I told them I was happy to pay for. The service manager then told me that his name was Mickey Mouse when I asked for his name. Very professional. I hope the general manager or president of the dealership sees this review and looks at any video recording from the service lobby and listens to the phone call when I set up the appointment. They could have made this right in so many ways but insisted that this issue wasn't part of my appointment. Good luck with this service department. This was not my first issue with them, but looked past the paint chipping off my front bumper that had to be fixed outside of any warranty at 7,500 miles on the truck. More

The service department has performed the only maintenance on my SUV since I purchased it new from the dealership. They do a great job, or I would not return for service. After the tires were rotated on my last maintenance visit 7/1/26, one of the tire pressure sensors failed and I did not replace it due to the cost quoted. Interestingly, the same thing happened during a tire rotation on my previous SUV at Les Schwab Tires, but they replaced it at no charge. More
