They even delivered the car to me so if you live out of their area, they will deliver for a small fee. The couple delivered the car I bought and drove my trade in back to Everett. Easy peasy. Patient and very helpful We walked in with a pre approval and found the vehicle except the pre approval gave us a run for our money and we ended up at the dealership from 12:3 We walked in with a pre approval and found the vehicle except the pre approval gave us a run for our money and we ended up at the dealership from 12:30 to around 5:30 waiting on our bank...we were confused and irritated but the financial woman Heather was so patient and really trying her hardest to get to the bottom and our salesman Kale was so patient and waiting along with us. We felt so bad because it took him away from helping potential customers and making a sale but obviously our business and the fact that we needed a vehicle meant more-in the end it all worked out because of the hard work and customer service provided by them!!!! Jack, the salesman and I took it out for test drive. Beautiful truck, very quiet and smooth. Now, the hard part, negotiating the price. What hard part? The truck was on sale and Tal gave me what I was asking for on my trade in. Could not have gone smoother. Heather, in finance, walked me thru all the paper work and while we were doing that, the guys in the shop washed and vacuumed out the truck. Made sure it was perfect for delivery. These are true, caring professionals that want you to have a great buying experience. From now on, I'll only buy my vehicles from Clyde Revord. I totally recommend them. More

Too much pressure and not willing at all to work with customer. It was pretty late in the evening and he refused to give us any information. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not go here, there are PLENTY OF OPTIONS out there. You really need to respect the time that customer puts into coming in and not say that they wasted your time. More
