We were introduced to Matt Levitt through answering an ad on CARFAX. Because we live on the other side of Puget Sound we weren’t able to make it over to the dealership for a few days. From the outset Matt was very enthusiastic about us coming to see the car. We received an email the day before our appointment and also on the morning of our appointment to visit with him. On arriving at Clyde Revord Motors He greeted us with a warm smile and humor but if most importance “The car we had taken the ferry and driven 45 minutes to see was parked in front of the showroom and was ready to be test driven and was absolutely spotless. He gave us plenty of time to sit and decide whether we wanted to buy it. Then once we decided to go ahead with the sale was “Fantastic” at coming up with different options for financing but at the same time allowing us to look into our own financing without rushing us. We then sat with Derek Revord Who guided us through the signing of paperwork and also warranty information. We were buying a 2019 Subaru Outback from them but they were fantastic at explaining everything about the warranty for this car. We are in our 60s and also two women, but at no time did we feel we were talked down to or taken advantage of. This was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had.
