very bad experience, in all areas of your service. First of all, I have a problem, explained it in details and asked to fix it. I Was charged for the fix, but the issue still remain. What indicates poor quality of professionalize the mechanics have in your dealership. I had a trip to eastern Washington for camping, it was 4 hours drive and very hot weekends, the air conditioner was not working. Secondly, Paul (dealership customer service person) told me over the phone that my car salvaged and no warranty. I was surprised to learn that as I am the only one owner and had no issues/incident with the car. Lastly, the car was fixed at 2pm and I got phone call about it and I asked to pick me up right away. I was picked up about 5pm, I had to wait outside for another 20 minutes for shuttle what messed up with pick up location. More

My service needed coordination with an outside business for painting. Kai Hunt of the service department personally tracked and expedited the process resulting in my new part being available for installat for painting. Kai Hunt of the service department personally tracked and expedited the process resulting in my new part being available for installation before promised.
