To Start: I inquired about this Jeep on line. I asked the sales guy if it had the Hitch. He went and looked and said no but could easily have one installed. We drove 30 miles to look at this Jeep I asked the sales guy if it had the Hitch. He went and looked and said no but could easily have one installed. We drove 30 miles to look at this Jeep and asked about how much it would be to have it installed. 4 plus people around us said it shouldn't be more than 1,000 to 1,500. So we went with the deal. In finance we told the guy that we just needed to have our plates transfered. He told us no and said we had to get plates and then have them transfered... So we still went with it and the next open day we went to DMV and was told that the numbers didn't even match up and that all they had to do was a plate transfer, not purchase new plates. We called him after that to tell him and was told that everything is expensive so their is nothing he could do. That afternoon I got a quote for installation of the hitch at 3700 dollars... 10 hours of labor and then parts. NOT what they verbally quoted me at the time of sale. That night when we signed and took position of the Jeep. The sales lady didn't act like she knew what she was doing and even let us leave without a temp permit in the back window. So we had to figure a way to get it the next day when she called us about it. It's sad to hear from the guy that has been there the longest say that he has all new staff and has had turn over. I felt like this whole transaction was not normal and won't go back to this lot again. More
