Everyone in the service department handled my concerns with the utmost professionalism, a smile and a friendly attitude. The different alternative transportation options to make things less frustrating for me went above and beyond my expectations. My Parts Department experience was great, the price for the OEM rubber floor mats were $75 less (before tax) than the Tri-Cities dealership, plus I did not have to pay any incoming freight cost.
