I brought my truck in as it was in limp mode. I live out of the area 3 hours. While there I noticed the tail light were not working. I asked if they would replace them while working on the truck. When I finally tracked down the service rep he said the tail light ensemble was faulty. I told him not do the work I would deal with it later. Later I checked the fuses and bulbs. Just needed bulbs. Poor communication and unethical and unreasonable are things that come to mind. More
