Took my dodge 3500 in there shop about 6 weeks. ago.with a knock in the engine, after 3 weeks i found out number 6 piston had a nut on top of the piston. This happened on another dodge pickup in Montana it onlt took that dodge dealer one week to put in a new engine. Why does it take pierre 6 weeks?. Bad service from Dodge and the dealer. More

Didn't fix the censor on warranty like they said they would, because the light wasn't on when they test drove it. The previous 26 times the light came on wasn't enough for it to be fixed correctly a seco would, because the light wasn't on when they test drove it. The previous 26 times the light came on wasn't enough for it to be fixed correctly a second time. Then they didn't leave our keys in the car like we're supposed to when we picked it up and a manager had to come in at 7pm to get the keys. And everytime we bring it here it's 90 miles round trip and most of the time they don't fix it, they just reset the light. We will never use the service department or buy from Ford / dodge again.
