Probably my worst experience ever with a dealership. My car has been in their shop multiple times. It comes out of the shop broken. While it was in the shop there lax security allowed someone to steal o My car has been in their shop multiple times. It comes out of the shop broken. They refused to get a rental car for us, even though it was a Ford recall part originally. When they finally finally got a rental car for me, they refused to pay the rental company , nothing good to say about this dealership. More

I brought in my vehicle after noticing my left headlight was out. I was making an evening trip that afternoon and was hoping to get it fixed, although I didn't have an appointment. They couldn't get me in as you were booked, so I made an appointment two days out. Just as I was getting ready to leave, the service advisor, Giovanni Madrigal, came running out and said one of your techs had finished a job earlier than expected and if I could wait for a bit, they'd get right on it. The job was finished, paperwork and all, in maybe 30 minutes. Needless to say, I was very pleased and felt much safer on my after dark trip. 👍😀 More
