He even delivered the paperwork and my Edge right to my home and we signed paperwork at my kitchen table. It was easier to buy my Ford Edge from Mike Gibson and Tom Denchel Ford than it is to order a pizza. The price he got me was amazing, Mike made the process so simple, easy, convenient and painless I couldn't be any happier with my vehicle and the experience I had! Over the top customer service! Mike is the best car dealer we have ever come across! With our business we have bought several vehicles over the last years . Our experience with him was over the top, he worked closely with my husband to get me the car of my dreams and surprised me at our home, delivering it with all the necessary paperwork completely finished, all I had to do was sign on the dotted line! His customer service style is beyond reproach - like it used to be in the good all days, he’s honest, upfront open and would do anything for you to make your experience a great one! We had a few fixes to follow up on which he continued to deliver exceptional service after the sale, even coming out to our home a few more times, further making our experience wonderful! The windows were tinted and a little hole in the leather was fixed, amazing craftsmanship you can’t even see the nick. With our extremely busy schedules, we didn’t have time to sit around a dealership all day long, Mike made it happen with his quick, personal approach! Thanks Mike, you’re the best! More
