It appeared the dealership was not ready for us even though we had worked out the deal ahead of time and told them we would leave Pendleton at 9:00 am to come and sign papers and pick up the car. It still took over 2 1/2 hours to leave with the car. The charger had to be located as it wasn't in the vehicle and ready to go, this took a significant amount of time. More
