Overall good service. Good service overall. Yet there were some issues. 2012 6.7 powerstroke 56k miles. They shoved a truck out the door on me that they were still doing th Good service overall. The pickup went out the door with a zip tied front lip. They wouldn’t fix. I had to order a new one. Brought it back for CEL warranty. And they brought up other issues that they had planned on fixing before the truck sold. Which they didn’t tell me before I drove off with the truck. Terrible communication with mechanics and management on that part. They should have had that on a list that it can’t go out the door until those issues were fixed. Or at least notify the buyer about them. They said it needed new batteries, tire pressure sensors, and the Exhaust gas return valve was having issues. They did help me out and cover a loaner vehicle for 30 days as needed until they replaced/fixed those issues. So that I was pretty pleased with. More
