My truck deal went very bad after signing for the second time. I was told that the payoff was 316 dollars, painful but ok if needed I will do it. I didn't have the money or time and I had no down payment, if you can make me a deal with that in mind I am ready. I was very upset and feel I was shafted on the overall experience of getting my dream truck. So now when I make the payment every month I will be reminded of that sour taste of the deal. More

If they wanted me to pay a deposit on the vehicle I ordered, I could have done that over the phone - and I offered to pay a deposit when I placed my order and Erik said it wasn't needed. It was a complete waste of 3 1/2 hours of my time and my fuel! Made me never want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. More
