Thier service departments service is absolutely garbage. Every time I try to call them they never have picked up the phone, whether Im transferred or I use an extension I have never got through. The one time I took me vehicle in for repair I would have to stand there for ridiculously long times before I was helped and they were not friendly at all like I was waisting their time. The repair was adequate but took much longer than they quoted. They have lost my business for life. I strongly recommend anyone but Pierre Ford when considering service to a vehicle and can't recommend their sales either. Incredibly unsatisfied with this dealership all thanks to their horrible service department. More

After my last service I discovered that my F-150 was 4 quarts low on oil. I was charged for 6 quarts, There is no oil leak. All of my service work has been done at Tom Denchel Ford. At a previous service I was told that the plug on my oil pan had been over tightened and stripped. Required an expensive pan replacement. Only they could have done it. I won't be going back to a Ford dealership in Hermiston. More
