This Dealer proves why you should shop local! I cannot say enough amazing things about this dealership. Paul Felix is the person who I always go to and if he cannot help me he finds someone who c I cannot say enough amazing things about this dealership. Paul Felix is the person who I always go to and if he cannot help me he finds someone who can. I am a single mom so it is nice to know someone is not just trying to sell me a car but that they are trying to find something that will work for me and last and make sure I am happy no matter what (I can be difficult!). The service department is hands down the best ever! Shawnica in service always, always takes care of me even when it is something little. If something is wrong with your vehicle they make sure you have a vehicle to drive while they fix it. When I am unable to go get a vehicle or drop mine off they always make sure I am covered and will bring me a vehicle in Pendleton and take mine back to Hermiston. The people here at this dealership care and it is not just their job. When my car broke down over an hour away the service department told me if I could not find someone to get me home they would send someone with a rental car. You cannot find that at an out of town dealer. If you think it is worth it to go to Portland to pay less you are wrong. It's things like the above that you cannot put a price on and make it worth it to give this dealership a chance. More

Lack of follow up. We purchased a used 2014 Masda mx5. Part of the purchase price was a second set of keys and more importantly the owners manual. After two weeks we e We purchased a used 2014 Masda mx5. Part of the purchase price was a second set of keys and more importantly the owners manual. After two weeks we ended up driving to the dealers other location, about a 150 mile round trip and secured the second set of keys but no manual. We then revisited Tom Denchel Ford, Hermiston and were promised the manual in a week. Needless to say, 3 weeks later we have no manual. The lesson we've learned (again)..once you've paid your money you're of no further interest. More
