My truck is now for sale, if someone is interested in spending $9,000. The Bill Pierre team was honest and professional. They are in a tough spot defending a poor engine design. I'd use them again, but it's unlikely I will have another Ford. After 40 years or loyalty, a corporation hiding behind a bad design as a normal engine noise is too much. If I had only purchased a 2011, I'd have the ecoboost engine. More
