Greg! Greg has been my service adviser since I moved to Seattle from the motor city almost 10 years ago. Having lived in Michigan for 20 yrs, owning Ford ca Greg has been my service adviser since I moved to Seattle from the motor city almost 10 years ago. Having lived in Michigan for 20 yrs, owning Ford cars for the majority of my life, and having worked for Ford through a contracted company, I know what excellent Ford service is and Greg as always provided me with that. He has arranged a rental car when needed or figured out ways to still take care of my car while saving me money. I had someone else take care of me and my car one time when Greg was on vacation and it wasn’t the same. I don’t want another service advisor besides him. More

Bill, My service rep I arrived a few minutes after 6 to pick up my truck which had been in for routine service. I was riding by bike and it was pouring rain. Service close I arrived a few minutes after 6 to pick up my truck which had been in for routine service. I was riding by bike and it was pouring rain. Service closes at 6 and the door was locked for the day. It happened that Bill was in his own car leaving for the day just outside the service area. He saw me, opened the door and arranged for me to get my vehicle. He went out of his way to be helpful. Had he not done so I would have had another 45 minute ride home on my bike in the rain and would have had to come back the next day. I very much appreciate his going the extra mile!! More

You can’t find a more trusted and great individual to work with concerning great customer service and being on top of your needed repairs Bill run You can’t find a more trusted and great individual to work with concerning great customer service and being on top of your needed repairs Bill runs a tight ship on his end and if you can catch him then you can get a few minutes in to have a bit of great conversation with him as well! He is running all the time because he is a professional and get’s things done and goes the extra mile for you! Hard to find this kind of service and procurement properties in many type of customer service entities anymore. Bill is your guy! And I would like to consider him a friend as well.
