My car was being serviced for 55K but a couple of days before my scheduled service, I knocked my rear bumper slightly out of place. I asked if they would look at it and they did better, they put it right back into place. That of course was a very nice surprise! I'm pretty sure my next new car will be a Ford just so I can keep working with the Bill Pierre service team. Thanks to all! More

They are victims of the service center's success. Hire more people! Ford can afford it! Do NOT run your excellent employees into the ground. Think of the lawsuits if someone has a stroke or heart attack on the job! Or if they quit and leave you even more short-handed! More
