Excellent service! I have brought my trucks to Bill Pierre Ford for service for 15+ years for 3 reasons. Their work is good and they stand behind it. They understand I need my truck for work and repair it as soon as possible. Most importantly to me, my service manager, Greg Karras, does an amazing job of taking care of me. He listens to my concerns, to include me making funny noises to try and explain an elusive phenomenon and helps me identify immediate (safety) needs vs. niceties to prioritize repairs on a budget schedule I can handle. I trust him, which is why I recommend Bill Pierre to all of my friends and family. His quality of service is why I went to Bill Pierre on Lake City Way to buy a new truck. That was a great experience too if you happen to be in the market. More

Engine Failure Ford's 5.4L Triton engine with it "normal" tick on the right bank cylinder head turned out to be a valve train failure. A valve ended up in cylinder 2 Ford's 5.4L Triton engine with it "normal" tick on the right bank cylinder head turned out to be a valve train failure. A valve ended up in cylinder 2. Really a shame. My truck is now for sale, if someone is interested in spending $9,000. The Bill Pierre team was honest and professional. They are in a tough spot defending a poor engine design. I'd use them again, but it's unlikely I will have another Ford. After 40 years or loyalty, a corporation hiding behind a bad design as a normal engine noise is too much. If I had only purchased a 2011, I'd have the ecoboost engine. More
