Never go here- 3 months in service dept. Purchased my Ford F150 from here in 2013. The engine makes a noise at startup. It has been in service there for a total of 3 months,yes that's 3 months and they now say it is fine-doesn't need any repair. The 5L engines have documented problems with the lifters and Greg in service could hear it. Dirk Straga the service manager refuses to fix the engine. They've been killing my time waiting for the warranty on the lifters to run out. Moving on to the Lemon Law next. More

I was shocked that they asked me the question and ultimately got the problem taken care of. 1mth later, we find that the front end wasn't torqued when we were 18mi deep in eastern Oregon mountains. An area called Desolation. You can only imagine!! Not cool and extremely unhappy about the situation. Called and notified the dealership and they sataed that they would certainly pass on the message. But I'd like to take this opportunity to say once again how pleased I am at the excellent service I continually receive from Greg. He always treats me with respect and ACTUALLY LISTENS to my vehicle repair concerns. As a result, I have informed my friends that if they need car repair for their Ford's, they must contact Greg first. In fact, I recently made it a point to introduce Greg to a friend of mine who owns three, classic Mustangs. I couldn't think of anyone better to trust my friend's Mustang repairs with than Greg. Pierre Management is indeed fortunate to have such an excellent employee and I hope they reward him with a substantial raise. Thank you. Greg has always been pro-active, user-friendly and most of all honest. Greg tells-it-like-it-is, only schedules fixes for what's really broken and always charges a fair price. I wouldn't take my car anywhere except Bill Pierre Ford for service. They are always nice, they never overcharge me and only do the work that I need. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Bill Pierre Ford (2007 Fusion, 2009 Focus, and two 2010 Escapes) and have never been left wanting more. I have always received outstanding customer service from thei (2007 Fusion, 2009 Focus, and two 2010 Escapes) and have never been left wanting more. I have always received outstanding customer service from their sales staff, and whenever I take my vehicles in for servicing they always make me feel like I'm the most important customer. They are very efficient yet thorough, and as a result, I have never had to take any of my vehicles in for anything other than scheduled maintenance. By now, they know be by name and I'm always greeted with a smile. Bill Pierre Ford will always be the only dealership I let service my vehicles as well as where I purchase my future vehicles.
