Quick, reliable service I had two recalls on my Fusion. I called the day before to ask how long it would take - "about an hour". I heard them offer a free loaner to a gentlemen who ended needing more repair than originally expected. Bill is a good guy to work with and, as I found out over time, has your best interest at heart. Really helpful service department Sundie, in the service department, was very helpful in guiding me through how best to deal with my car problems. When I arrived there, she determined Sundie, in the service department, was very helpful in guiding me through how best to deal with my car problems.
