On April 8th, 2026 while my wife and I were returning back to Oklahoma from our Gulf vacation our 2021 Sierra 2500HD Denali began to light up like Christmas. Our vehicle went into "limp mode" with check back to Oklahoma from our Gulf vacation our 2021 Sierra 2500HD Denali began to light up like Christmas. Our vehicle went into "limp mode" with check engine light, emissions issues, parking brake light; it was in a bad way. Of course I need to mention we were pulling a thirty foot travel trailer. We pulled into the service and was greeted by Amanda, I explained our situation, she immediately worked with us to get the multipoint inspection complete which indicated a bad fuel injector.. She had the diesel tech come out and visit with us and then immediately got the repairs started. We pulled the trailer to the back lot, disconnected and within three hours they had us on our way again. Customer service at the highest! I can not thank Amanda and all the folks that worked with us to get us totally taken care of. More

I purchased online, drove 430miles to pick up my vehicle, the crew at Legacy Collins did a great job of having the vehicle ready to go when I arrived.
