The team including Mary the rep and the tech team, the front end entry guys as well as the service manager of their game providing meticulous work. Buying multiple car from pine belt Chevy and Hoss has sold us every single one. My first car was a great car but aside from Hoss’s work the service department lacks increadably. When I was washing it I noticed there was a patch dangerously close to the side wall. I went to pine belt service and they wanted me to pay $$375 more for a car I haven’t even had a full week. After back and forth with the service rep, I decided to go across the street and speak with Hoss. After about 5 minutes of waiting on a verdict Hoss came back with the news of my tire will be covered. After going back over to service the service rep had a nasty attitude towards me when he found out it would be covered. More

Eventually customer was provided a quote for a time chain replacement (+$4000) which can be done elsewhere for ($2000). Customer declined service. Other maintenance providers indicate that the timing chain is not the issue, plus the repairs made by dealer were questioned by others. More
