Not Legendary Service I took my 2104 Odyssey in for routine oil change and two outstanding recalls on the second row seats. I arrived at 7a. I was told the recalls would I took my 2104 Odyssey in for routine oil change and two outstanding recalls on the second row seats. I arrived at 7a. I was told the recalls would take an extra hour since those techs didn't start until 8a. At 7:30a the technician tried to sell me other maintenance not required according to my maintenance manual. At 8:30a, the technician reported it would take another hour for the recall service because they were "backed up". I chose to come back another time. When I went to check out, there was an extra $30 on the bill for recall parts. Recall parts aren't supposed to be charged to the owner and the recall service wasn't done in the first place. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!! More

He ensures the work to be done is done/done right and most often, completed on time as promised. This last visit it was Brandon who realized the issue I was experiencing, the part needed to resolve, was under warranty, saving this guy some money! More

Above and beyond Darrin went what I feel is above and beyond on finding a part for my 2002 CRV. My CRV has over 300,000 miles and being 16 years old is still running Darrin went what I feel is above and beyond on finding a part for my 2002 CRV. My CRV has over 300,000 miles and being 16 years old is still running very well but had an electrical problem that was mainly an inconvenience as opposed to being something that affected the actual driveability or use of the car. Darrin was able to locate a used part that was much less costly and totally fixed the problem. I will definitely be looking to Wessel Honda when shopping for my next vehicle. More
