Went to look at a car for our daughter that has a disabled child / they sold us a small suv : I felt rushed and even questioned why such a short test drive and why are you not giving me a moment to talk to my husband look over the car ect. Upon putting the temp plate on we noticed it had a headlight flashlight glued as the license plate light : asked about that was told no bulb was in it / bought bulb from auto zone (this did not fix issue) however they were closed at that point : driving back to our condo and the entire front end (bumper) fell off : they had it tided on with rope. Called several times and was hung up on each time I called ! Drove up to try to resolve issue and was told our cars are as is! In my opinion This so called company is the biggest scam Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere More

Went to look at a car they said was on the lot. Lo and behold when I got there they couldn't locate it and said it must be in the shop. Next day I looked at their website and it was sold. Bought a Nissan Feb 15th from John. 20 miles off the lot and the transmission was gone. They set the cars up to drive just enough. They sold us a car with a broken transmission (CVT), didn't disclaimed ANY issue (of course) on the car before we bought it ! After 4 days of driving the car (not even 70 mi) : we got our first engine l didn't disclaimed ANY issue (of course) on the car before we bought it ! After 4 days of driving the car (not even 70 mi) : we got our first engine light on ! The transmission was half broken (4 codes) at this time but was an emergency to change it. We came back exactly one week after buying the car : they just screw us, John didn't wanted to ear about the issue and to take it back, he just told us "it is what it is" after telling us that "you bought it everything was perfect and 7 days later you show up with a transmission problem", literally telling us it was our fault and put us out ! If you have any thoughts of buying a car from them you better be a pro and check everything cause even with a friend whose a mechanic the issues were really well hidden. It's been 3 months that our car is at the garage repair now and they're doing anything possible to save the car and our money (transmission was half dead, the driver axle was broken, there was a power steering fluid leak and motor mounts and the battery to change, basically the car is almost brand new now and not sure it's gonna work) ! Thank you John for all of this crap ! More

They found the car of my choice, however I would have had to drive over 100 miles to get it. My trade in was $3,000 less than Car Max. Would you take that kind of loss?
