Pinellas Auto Brokers NEVER responded to my request for the availability of the vehicle I was interested in. Even if the vehicle was no longer available ( I wouldn't know since NO response ) they could hav the availability of the vehicle I was interested in. Even if the vehicle was no longer available ( I wouldn't know since NO response ) they could have recommended another vehicle, as I am in need of a vehicle. Quite disappointed with this dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. If they can't be bothered to try and make a possible sale, how trustworthy could they actually be. More

The salesman, John, is a real character and has a lot to say !! We are, overall, satisfied with our Mercedes S 500 we bought from him, but ALWAYS go into this with both eyes wide open. They are a second hand car dealer, so don't expect everything to work on the car, DO take it for a test drive and DO NOT accept that everything is great, when you find things wrong, as we did. If you stick to these principles, as we did, and still are happy to buy " Sold as seen " then no problem. Although John was great, the lady he handed over to, to complete the paperwork and take payment etc was very miserable and really made you feel as if you were bothering her by merely being there. Needs to go on a Customer awareness course. More

For starters they're inventory is not up to date. Went there looking for a specific vehicle. It had been sold weeks ago. Looked around on the lot most of the cars have been painted by Ray Charles. Not sure if that's to hide the fact that they were in accidents or beat by the Florida Sun. Salesman tried to be as honest as he could. No real history as to where the cars come from or how they got to their lot. Pricing on their cars for what they were was a little meh. Not sure I would purchase there. Especially after reading feedback and reviews. I hope the owners read the reviews and make changes. More
