Pingrey's has always been great. He called a friend at Pingrey's and had us go there and the salesman there came right out and walked us through it all and reset a lot of things then got us a second key fob. Really great experience. Now whenever our truck needs servicing (five years now) we always go to Pingrey's as they are the nicest most friendly bunch to work with. As a side note the salesman from Stewart went to work for Pingrey's later on. More

We were on vacation, July 25, 22, when a message came up on our pickup saying we needed to get it to a shop. We called the Astoria,OR and Aberdeen, WA Ford dealerships, who neither one would even look at o on our pickup saying we needed to get it to a shop. Not knowing what to do we called Pingrey Motors in Selah and talked to their service manager, Todd. We have dealt with Todd over the years and he has always been honest with us and very helpful. He gave us some suggestions and looked up our VIN number and located a, recall which ended up being our problem. It was so nice being able to talk to someone, even though we were 5 1/2 hours away since the Astoria and Aberdeen Ford dealerships wouldn't even attempt to help us. The Astoria dealership did finally have us a name of an Automotive garage who worked us, that day, even though they were swamped! More

I spent more than 6 months searching for this car and living near Phoenix, AZ I only found the absolute perfect fit [Corvette] near Yakima, WA. I was very cautious and I think I put the sales team and finance department through the ringer to ensure I was getting a great car and to ensure I wasn't going to regret it in the long run. (*I'd been through at least 5 other deals where I found the deal/dealership were less than honest and bailed out on each one.) Let me say that without exception I had one of THE best experiences while purchasing a vehicle in my life and I can't thank them enough... I stand behind every single one of my ratings and would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to deal with a no-BS group of people. Thank you! More
