NOT TRUSTWORTHY Took my truck in for service and paid for The Works (Oil Change, Multi Point Inspection and tire rotation). Marks on my tires show tires were not rotated. Well, i used to love the service center but my last two visits made me not want to go back. I dropped off my truck at 8:30 am for an oil change and tire rotation and they had the truck all day and I called visits made me not want to go back. I dropped off my truck at 8:30 am for an oil change and tire rotation and they had the truck all day and I called at 3pm and they had messed up the drain plug and needed to order the part and ended up keeping my truck until after 2pm the next day. They recommended that I get some tires, so I call and tell them which tires I want and they said to bring my truck up there the next morning. I drop it off and call up there a couple of times telling me it’s almost ready. I go up there at 2pm, wait an hour to which they tell me the tires I wanted weren’t there and needed to put my old ones back on and wanted me to come in another day. They hand me keys and don’t tell me where it is, then I walk outside in the rain and I wander around looking for it to find my truck parked in the very back. They wasted my time multiple times and were poor at communicating and customer service More
