Doug Bailey is the Best I've known Doug since he worked in the Service Department and when I started looking to buy my wife a new car I went straight to him. It was the week before Christmas and he stayed late on Thursday and Friday nights to show us different SUV's and Fusions. He was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles that we test drove and was not high pressure at all. Doug met me on Saturday morning at 9am so I could see the different Fusions in the daylight. We decided on a Fusion Sport and located one in Chattanooga that was equipped with all the options that my wife wanted. Even on the Saturday afternoon before Christmas, Doug sent drivers to go pick up our new Fusion. He texted me when they made it back to the dealership that evening and we picked it up the day after Christmas. Doug is an Excellent example of the Go the Extra Mile Customer Service that I love about Pioneer Ford which I have experienced through their Service Department for many years and now through their Sales Department. We had paid the escape off 2 years ago and enjoyed not having a car payment so when the engine died we were so upset we didn’t even enjoy looking for a new one. However when I contacted Pioneer not only did Doug get the paperwork started before we got there, he went out of his way running the numbers & even made a video showing us everything about the 2 cars we had narrowed it down to. When we arrived at the dealership he had the 2 cars reserved for us, took us for a rest drive and had the paperwork waiting to sign when we returned.
