Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your disapointing experience, Donna. I did some investigating and your times you mentioned were very close to what our computers say. On the day that you came in, we were very busy, but your were told that the Works Package (1 and 1/2 hours at the minimum) and a brake service (2 hours at a minimum) would be worked in as quickly as possible as you were a walk in customer (I am sure you understand that appointments that are set do take priority). You told our service advisor that you would be happy as long as you were able to leave by 3PM, which you did. Jason Carruth, our service manager will be calling you personally and see what we can do to keep you a happy Pioneer Family member. We wish you and yours a blessed and healthy 2021.

I said if I left by 2 not 3:00 as I said I was going out of town. The works package??? Put tires on. Brakes on back. 4 and 1/2 hours. Too long. And I wasn’t a walk in. I called and hour before I came for an appointment that morning.
