Stellar online reviews, a GREAT selection of low mileage cars, carfax availability, and a sales team that doesn't hover over you. Having seen the cars online, we stopped in early in the morning to take a peek. We were met by Eric, who took the time to see what he had in inventory in Mom's price range, spent time just idly chatting about what we were looking for, and never pressured us to 'buy now'. After going back for a second, still relaxed and patient look and a test drive.. He asked a simple question.. If you like the car and think you want the car...'what's your bottom line, and lets see if we can work with it. No petty bickering over price.. he had a hard line drawn in the sand, and we came to a reasonable conclusion that led to a sale. The entire transaction from first look to drive off the lot was probably the most stress free and casually enjoyable experience I've had in a car dealership in a long time.
