Took my vehicle in for engine light was told that there was three recalls on the vehicle and they fixed those but needed to order part a loaner was never not once offered I asked they informed me they coul was three recalls on the vehicle and they fixed those but needed to order part a loaner was never not once offered I asked they informed me they could not due to covid, they told me that some of the stuff might night work because my engine light is still on. This was March 2, I have made multiple attempts to get a time frame nope the part is on national backorder no communication. My car is not fixed was told could be up to a year from general manager. Great experience with Pitre GMC! We live 3 hours away and drove to them to pick up ou new SUV! We knew what we wanted and did most the work up over the phone so all we had to do was show up, sign on the dott drove to them to pick up ou new SUV!
