Service, tires & repairs Trust the guidance of service manager Stephen. Needed 4 new tires and he knew just what to recommend for my vehicle. During routine oil change other mechanical issues were found, Steve contacted us, told us what was wrong and we were able to have the problems corrected at the same time without scheduling a return visit. Warranty work When I picked up my new truck I noticed the driver's side seatbelt had a fatigue depression. I showed it to Steve the service manager. He ordered a new seatbelt and within two days the truck was brought in for service. I was out in less than a hour. Great service once again. More

Bad Experience One of the sales person, couldn't bother to lift his xxx off the chair and help me look at 2 vehicles that I had asked the keys to... the weather wasn One of the sales person, couldn't bother to lift his xxx off the chair and help me look at 2 vehicles that I had asked the keys to... the weather wasn't the greatest and he said he didn't want to waste his time going out if I don't know what I am looking for,,, I told him I would like to look at the 2 fusions he had.. He said go head and look.. As I waited outside thinking he was coming with the keys.... He instead helped another party that came in after I did.... I had waited at least ten minutes and then left. When I first came in ... told him what I was looking for and price ranges ...I asked how much for my trade .. He said he wouldn't even give me $500 for it ... never came and looked at it ... Anyway, I bought a ford vehicle at a much friendly place and received $3000 for my vehicle. Thank you for a truly crappy visit.... never again! More
