There is an upbeat and enthusiastic feel about the sales floor and it may have been because it was close to Christmas, but the little hotel desk bells they use to signify a deal has been struck were going off like a convention was in town! And the customer service didn't stop when they handed me the keys - they helped me program the phone interface, made sure I new how to use all the bells and whistles and followed up with me the next day. Jesse and Ron are both great to work with and we had a lot of fun during the whole process! More

Horrible mislead, lied to me I was in the market for a used car. I saw their Web page and found a couple of cars. I work pretty much 6-7 days a week so when I got a call from deal I was in the market for a used car. I saw their Web page and found a couple of cars. I work pretty much 6-7 days a week so when I got a call from dealership I told them I'd let them know when I was free but meanwhile in the interest of saving time I wanted to get pre approval so I knew exactly what used cars would fit my situation. Here's where it started to go south, I got a call back stating I WAS APPROVED for an 88 dollars down special and when did I want to come in. I told the lady I work alot but I'd try to come one evening soon. Finally after being called every day two and three times a day I finally went in. Apparently the lady on phone is just an appointment setter because I got pawned off to a saleman, only to find out I was not pre approval for anything??? I told him that I was told I had been prealproved, he stated that was not possible as my signature. So I signed the credit app. I told him I was looking for a used sedan preferred honda or toyota and so forth. After the credit came back the games began. He said I had to get a new car and wanted me to get the mitsubishi mirage. I said no no way I don't want a mirage and I don't want new car.. He tried convincing me I needed it and then got his superior to come over, he tried to treat me and my fiance as if we were mentally challenged explaining it was impossible to find the used sedan in my price range w my downpayment. My fiance said we were gonna go it was late but they wasted another 45 minutes before we could escape, the saleman and the superior insisted it was not possible and no such used car existed but that in two months maybe I could find it. Id have more $ down. I relayed I was ready to buy now and I left stating thanks but no thanks to the mirage, I went to folger kia the next day and got exactly what I was looking for at an unbelievable price. The saleman from mitsubishi emailed and called like crazy om kbut I told him I already purchased the a great car "that didn't exist" for a great price. I am upset I was lied to by this dealership and mislead, they insisted what I wanted didn't exist so they could bully me to get the mirage! They will do anything to sell a new car, the used ones are props. Good luck to you! I don't recommend planet mitsubishi. The lies and the lecture to bully us were horrible!!! They didn't even have bottled water! More
