We purchased a preowned luxury car from KG. Rick, our salesperson, was decent until after the sale and then we received no call backs / answers to our questions. Rich in Finance is awesome! So helpful salesperson, was decent until after the sale and then we received no call backs / answers to our questions. Rich in Finance is awesome! So helpful and understanding. Truly cares about the customers and making things right. Kenny, who is the owner of KG, actually denied to my face that he was the owner of the dealership when I confronted him with issues that I was having with my 2 week old car and his arrogant staff. He was of no help at all and was so rude. I left the dealership in tears with car only repaired 3/4 of the way after waiting in the service area for 8 hours - after my scheduled appointment. The service team is rude, unprofessional, and clearly only there for a job - not for the customers. More
Saw an ad on craigslist and their website advertising a car for $9990.00, called in and told them I want the car and they had told me to come in and we had scheduled the appointment for the next day. Sales car for $9990.00, called in and told them I want the car and they had told me to come in and we had scheduled the appointment for the next day. Sales rep was Rick. 2 people told me different information on the car. Told me car had 1 owner and car was from a trade in. As soon as I carfaxed/auto check the car, car was won from the auction and it had 3 previous owners. After I had told them about it they said, they thought I was talking about another car. Really, they are full of it. Then I had to call Rick at the end of the day to confirm the appointment tomorrow and he goes like, "Hey I am sorry but I cannot give you the car for that price. The ad was a mistake. It suppose to be $12,999.99" I said "what are you talkin about? I understand one ad can be a mistake but I saw it on two websites on two total different ads." Then he hung up on me. Thank god I did not buy this car off them, if any problem came up (which i'm sure there would be) they will just BS me the whole way through. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! More
Complete Fraud! Be aware of these people - their prices are good on internet but you will be rubbed - their financial guy is named Rich Hignone will mislead you into spending 2X as much money as you expect are good on internet but you will be rubbed - their financial guy is named Rich Hignone will mislead you into spending 2X as much money as you expect. He will be very friendly with you but at the end you will be fooled into signing something you really will regret. Trust me - walk away from them! They claim many tings but they know how to do the fraud very very well. They sold me a car with problems claiming it was certified - no certification was given. The financial charge came to be 2X as much as the cost of the car! I'm not kidding. Just research about them online you will see plenty of these cases. They been sued alot - they know how to make themselves clean doing fraud. More
Bad experience - Internet price is just a ploy to get you in the door, lot's of add on and hidden fee's. Do not use this dealership. The dealership has friendly people, but I would rather not have people sm in the door, lot's of add on and hidden fee's. Do not use this dealership. The dealership has friendly people, but I would rather not have people smile while they rip you off. Travel to PA and go to Singh Autoworld- got a great deal there. More
Criminals............ stay away!!! The Internet pricing is fraudulent and the sales tactics are slimy. I have never met a more crooked group of people who earn their living in the way they do. I look forwa is fraudulent and the sales tactics are slimy. I have never met a more crooked group of people who earn their living in the way they do. I look forward to the day when sleazeball Kinney Galani and his weasel sales manager "rob" (an apt name if there ever was one) is named in a class action lawsuit and taken down or better yet imprisoned and I opt for imprisonment More
HORRIBLE THEIVES TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY WERE RIPE TO BE PLUCKED. This horrible USED CAR LOT is the epitome of those classic, double talking dishonest streety charachters you see in all the "B" movies BE PLUCKED. This horrible USED CAR LOT is the epitome of those classic, double talking dishonest streety charachters you see in all the "B" movies. They are all uneducated, highly unethical, lowest level salesmen. This is true right from the ownership on down. If they didn't lie, they would have nothing to talk about, so do not believe one word they say. The employees all look like they just got out of prison for manslaughter- a scary bunch of low lifes... For god's sake,no matter what, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!! Everything they have in print has a catch which puts you on the hook somehow. You will only know what you got yourself in to when you ask for your car or your deposit back- or switch a car on you at the last minute or after you put a down payment for what you thought was the price you agreed to, but suddenly thousands of dollars are added to your bill for no apparent reason. "You know, we had to service the car and that costs money my friend..." "You want us to deliver a clean car- what do you think, that is free?" If for some reason, you decide you had enough of these scummy low lifes and tell them you are no longer interested in the car, your "money back guarantee" is worthless. They will keep your deposit no matter what while trying to double talk you left and right! So, DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT- STAY AWAY- GO TO A REPUTABLE DEALER- ANY OTHER DEALER, EVEN IF THE SAME CAR IS LISTED FOR MORE MONEY IN THIS OTHER LOT, BECAUSE BY THE END, EVEN IF YOU PAY SUBSTANTIALLY MORE MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL SAVE A FORTUNE BY NOT "BUYING" AT KG SUZUKI- THE WORST More
STAY AWAY- FOR YOUR SAFETY- THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES AND LIARS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS- ONLY GO IF YOU WISH TO LOSE EVERY CENT YOU HAVE MADE OR YOU ENJOY HOURS OF ABUSE!!!! We found an ad on AutoTrader for a LIARS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS- ONLY GO IF YOU WISH TO LOSE EVERY CENT YOU HAVE MADE OR YOU ENJOY HOURS OF ABUSE!!!! We found an ad on AutoTrader for a pre-owned BMW with low miles. Pedro was our salesman who greated us who and initially seemed nice enough. He showed us the car and it was exactly what we had been looking for. We were buying this car for my daghter who was so excited that she found something exactly that she had always wanted. The car was listed for $22,900 and we would have been thrilled to buy it at that price. As soon as we finished the test drive, Pedro suggested we meet his boss to negotiate the price. However, that manager was hard at work forcing another customer to sign some papers and we could hear how abusive they were in their attempt to close this poor guy. At that moment, I wanted to leave because I was able to see what these scam artists were all about but my daughter fell in love with this car, so we stayed. About an hour later, Ernesto said that he couldn't move the price, so I said that we would pay cash and only looking for a $900 discount which was right in line with the value of this particular car. Another two hours passed and we were still sitting there while the manager and several other sales people were twisting this poor suckers arm relentlessly. Pedro and the other floor salesmen were all circling around this poor soul like salivating jackels waiting for the lion to finish his meal so that they could lick the leftover meat off this guy's carcass. Anyway, good old Ernesto finally comes out and says that his boss will let him give us the $900 bucks off, but we have to finance at least 80% of the cars cost and they would charge us almost 8% of !!. I said, that I could give them cash that day if the car checked out mechanically but Ernesto just looked at me with a stupid glazed look in his evil eyes and said, "Sorry, that's policy!" OK,so I did quick math and thought that the interest could be for just three months and I could pay off the loan at that time- this would be a small price to pay to make my daughter happy. So, I said, "OK"....... Another hour passed. Good old Ernesto finally comes out after my wife, my kid and I had spent over just four hours in this xxxx hole which wasn't even air-conditioned on the hottest day of the year and said: "OK, we're almost there, now of course you know we have to certify this car which will cost you just over$3,000 more!!" So, the price went from their advertised cost of $22,990 to $28,000 with the extra costs they invented to seperate the consumer from their money. I said that I didn't care if it were certified, I could bring it to a BMW dealer to do the 140 point check and it has low miles, so I don't need an extended warrenty. Ernesto started to drool like the lying idiot he is and said, "Sorry- policy!" He wouldn't even think of taking cash because that is not where they make their money- This is the typical "USED CAR PLACE" that everyone always warns you about and is what everyone means when they use the term "used car salesmen" as in this place it means "hold on to your wallet". Not a thimblefull of integrety or honesty and I am certain that had I said "yes" to the "certification", they would have found even more charges as they just know that the old adage "a sucker is born every second" and they are convinced whomever walks into this disgusting, seedy place should abide by that rule and most certainly is a sucker to take advantage of. I gathered up my heartbroken daughter and cursed the day I walked into this shylark, deceitful, disgusting theiving place. But, I hope people heed this warning and just stay away- we got away lucky- you may not!! More
I was in the market for a BMW 3 series convertible and went to Kg Suzuki. Got the instant hard sell by the salesperson, Kinney Galani. Very high pressure to buy the model I didn't want and add on options. went to Kg Suzuki. Got the instant hard sell by the salesperson, Kinney Galani. Very high pressure to buy the model I didn't want and add on options. Went with my kids who were told not to touch anything by two different salespeople on the showroom floor which is just rude. Every car had a bunch of dealer add ons which significantly raised the price on every model. The internet sales guy never replied to my email request for price. My family and I left very dissatisfied and will look for another dealer. AKG Suzuki left me with a bad impression. More
