"Never met anyone in this business so rude! " I was told I only qualified for a certain percentage rate, and not one I had agreed with with the sales staff. He also told me he could not share the loan rate information with me because it was “illegal.”. I was able to get a lower percentage rate by more than a full point, and saved over 1500.00 on the car price at Nissan of McKinney, and, they had full disclosure on everything. My integrity prevents from saying what I really think about Chad. I would have given him zero stars if possible. More
