He was thorough and detailed in what was the problem and what the cost w I found Kyle to be helpful and courteous in his response to my service needs. He was thorough and detailed in what was the problem and what the cost would be generally. The cost was within $60 which was fair since the original did not include taxes and labor costs on the repair. He also noted that I was in need of a set of tires and included a quote attached to my bill for consideration. The checked it gave me a loaner car to use while my truck was being repaired. After checking told me it was gas cap problem and that it would help to get a toyota brand gas cap. They did not charge me for the visit or loaner. I will definitely consider them for future service and to buy. More

He explained everything about the Honda CR-V on the questions that we had for him. He stayed in touch since the first day we met him. He is very quick to correspond. Kaden was a pleasure to work with very professional, great customer service skills, no pressure at all. It was an awesome experience.
