The Toyota service department is garbage. They don't not care about helping you. Every time I've ever gone to have my vehicle serviced, they give me problems. They messed up my oil changes and tire rotation care about helping you. Every time I've ever gone to have my vehicle serviced, they give me problems. They messed up my oil changes and tire rotations schedule and tried to make me pay for their mistake. They lie on their papers claiming they checked my tire pressure when they didn't and sent me on my way with UNDER inflated tires. I really enjoyed my sales experience here but I will never buy another vehicle from Classic of Texoma. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE. More

The service department is of late overwhelmed. Was there for 30 minutes for service and no one came to ask if we needed any help. Most attendants were just walking up and down and ignoring three cars lined for 30 minutes for service and no one came to ask if we needed any help. Maybe ownership needs to hire more attendants to lighten the load if this is the problem. More

Last year I went to Classic Honda and told them I was going to buy an Honda. The General Manager had a sales rep bring up all the models they had that I requested.
