Unexpected Repairs My oil change and balancing turned into more when the mechanic noticed that the wire tread was coming through my front tires and one had excessive wea My oil change and balancing turned into more when the mechanic noticed that the wire tread was coming through my front tires and one had excessive wear on one side. Dave told me what was found and we discussed what needeyto be done. I ended up with two new front tires and an alignment. Now my Altima is not only safe to be on the road again but it drives like brand new. Thanks Dave and repair staff for always looking out for me. More

1st oil change with rotation Marissa Cato was courteous & considerate of our needs. Retracting our positive 5 star rating! We drove out after tire rotation & oil change. Thought Marissa Cato was courteous & considerate of our needs. Retracting our positive 5 star rating! We drove out after tire rotation & oil change. Thought all was well. Planning an upcoming trip to MT. Got to Durant & had 1 lug nut on the right front & the right back ones were about to come off. Husband immediately went to a tire place in Durant & they are replacing the lost ones & tightening the back ones. This could have been very tragic! We will not return for service ever again!!! We returned that afternoon & they replaced the lost lug nuts. Still.....should have never happened! More
