Follow-up For the ost part it was a pleasant experience. The issue I had is that I was promised a cargo cover for the back of my vehicle and it took them two weeks to get it. I was promised it within a couple days and it never happened. Also, I never received a call from anyone regarding the status of this product, I had to do all the calling and checking. The only way I received a call from anyone is if I called and left a message. That was not my job it was the job of the salesman that sold me the vehicle. More
