Brenner stands behind their work. I had my vehicle in for service on Friday. On Saturday I incurred a problem is the same area as the repair. I brought the vehicle back to have it look I had my vehicle in for service on Friday. On Saturday I incurred a problem is the same area as the repair. I brought the vehicle back to have it looked at that Saturday. At the time they were unable to bring my vehicle in, so, they gave me a vehicle to drive for the weekend and I was advised the Technician that serviced my vehicle was off on Mondays and most likely would not be looked at until Tuesday, I advised to just repair regardless of any cost, within reason, of course. On Monday I was advised by Roger Parker my vehicle was done and ready for pick-up. When I went to pick it up I was advised the problem was a "fluke" problem that just happened to occur at that time. Roger surprised me again by handing me my receipt and keys, no charge. Roger not only got another technician to look at my vehicle a day earlier than expected but also absorbed the repair costs even though the repair was not related. Shows they really do stand behind their work. More

The Jeep features were thoroughly reviewed, the test drive was with the exact type Jeep I planned to purchase and the salesman, Craig Keeler, was very helpful during the process. I received the trade in value I anticipated, the price was very competitive and Craig even pointed out we were eligible for an additional discount from Jeep that I didn't realize we had available. He was able to locate the exact Jeep I wanted including model, color and options. We were able to get our new jeep within a week and with no issues. I would recommend Brenner and Craig to anyone looking for a new or used Jeep. We have had our Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 2 weeks and are thrilled. More

Josh is Awesome It was my intention to get and older full sized SUV (Yukon, Tahoe etc). Being a big guy, it's what I'm used to. Josh and my father-in-law suggested I try a tiny (so I thought) 2014 Kia Soul+. Other than being 4-cylinder, this vehicle is amazing. I would have never, EVER considered it. Thanks Josh for a great buying experience. My only gripe (and this is no reflection on Josh but more likely dealership policy) is that I only received one key with my Kia Soul. Granted, it's a Smart Key but I've never heard tell of selling a $16,000 car with one key. Josh called around and found me a decent price on a valet key, which I appreciated greatly, but selling a car with one key, especially an almost new car...a certified preowned vehicle seemed a little less than fitting. However if you visit this dealership, ask for Josh and tell him Jamal Wilkerson sent you. More

So which do I not trust, the service department or the sales department? Do not do business with this dealer. More
