I needed a new muffler on a classic vw, brought it into Platinum and got a call later in the day a part was missing (I had supplied the muffler to expedite service). I was shopping for a GTI, and David gave me the best deal on the market. I was shopping around for some time, and was going to give my business to Sunrise VW in Lynbrook. I called Platinum at 5:55 on a Friday (they close at 6), dave walked me through the options, what they have on lot, what they don't, how much he could work with me. I told him I'll need to think about it, so he gave me his cell phone (!!) and told me to call or text that night if I had any questions. That was pretty awesome. I did, I texted, he responded in 10 minutes. The bottom line? I went in the next morning, and made a (great) deal. More
