I arrived at Platinum Volkswagen early for my appointment but I received a friendly welcome and the sales representative immediately came to greet me. I had initially decided to return my current lease 2019 but I received a friendly welcome and the sales representative immediately came to greet me. I had initially decided to return my current lease 2019 Jetta which was due on 6/30/2021 and not lease another vehicle as I recently had foot surgery which impedes from driving temporarily. Once there I decided that since my experience with Platinum VW in the past was a good one and because they offered me a good deal I decided to lease a new VW Jetta 2021. The process was done expediently and because of my right foot handicapped they accommodated my needs and after a short wait my new lease was processed efficiently and I was able to take the car with me. I am very grateful for the care, concern and attention I received. It was a very pleasant experience and special thanks to the sales representative LeandroRodrigues and the Finance Dept.
