BUYER BEWARE, We tried to perform a lease buyout from Platinum VW and were meet with nothing but deception and shady sales tactics. Leanard (Leo) told my wife the lease buyout can be executed by platinum Platinum VW and were meet with nothing but deception and shady sales tactics. Leanard (Leo) told my wife the lease buyout can be executed by platinum at no additional cost. To our surprise a hidden not disclosed $695 fee was added to the base purchase price of the vehicle. It was not until after the paperwork was signed that we realized this fee was added, again not disclosed or written anywhere on the lease buyout nor the original lease contract. When asked about it, we were told we could recoup some of the fee back and that they would talk to management. Management (Moises) refused any return and was not willing to work with the consumer and long time VW customer. In the end we were lied to, deceived and will be filing a complaint with the county and state. I have purchased many leases in the past and had never had to pay a tacked on dealer fee for a lease buyout. More
