I happened to stop at Platinum VW on my way home from an event not near my home. I was casually approached by my Salesman Nick. We spent quite some time discussing the two vehicles I was considering. Although there are two VW dealers very close to my home, I traveled 30 miles, each way, to Platinum VW two more times in the following week before deciding on the right car for me. During my visits, Nick never pressured me, and truly helped me choose the best car to fit my and my family's needs, a 2012 Passat TDI SEL Premium. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. BTW, I'm enjoying an average of 36 MPG!! More

Arnie was exceptional, I felt like he had my best interest at heart, I told him exactly what I needed and that I wanted to leave with a car today and everyone in the dealership made sure of it. By the time all of the paperwork was complete Jim had the car ready to go. Every iota was explained to me and I could not have asked for anything more. I had a fabulous experience and I will recommend the dealership to my family and friends. I plan on ONLY driving VW from Platinum! More

Even Joshua the owner of the dealership made a point to make us feel welcomed. When it came to signing on the dotted line, Robert, the Finance manager was a welcome sight. To top it off, Jim gave us a complete and careful orientation of the vehicles before driving them off the lot. All in all, there wasn't a hint of sales pressure, just people who simply want to make the car buying experience nothing short of fun. More

My wife and I were nearing the end of our lease. We went into Platinum in December of 2011, with all honesty we were asked to come back when our lease was nearing its end. When we came back and sat with Doc it was like sitting with a family member, he did what no other dealer sales representitive did, he asked us what we wanted in a car and what would we care to spend per month. The best part was he actually listened. There were no gimmicks, no "I'll go ask my manager for a better price" B.S. lines. It was honsety from the start. By the time we were done I was so impressed with the dealership that it changed the way I thought of typical car sales. My wife had to pick the car up on her own and from the moment she walked in the door she was treated like a celebrity from the finance department to the tech that showed her all about the car who spent an hour with her. Wow, I have never had such a great experience at a dealer in my life. Came in expecting games & all, but to my surprise there were none. The transaction went so quick & smooth it's almost unbelievable. I am giving Platinum a high rating due to the excellent service and care that was provided to myself and my Mother while working on a deal on a 2012 Passat. These sales people are not your regular car salesmen, you just have to go to understand. I would recommend Joe and manager Dave, but the whole team is great. It's only been about a week since we purchased the VW Passat, I am thrilled. They set up an appointment for a follow up check and have called to check how everything is working out. I will post again after any service visits as well. Almost forgot, they have great coffee too. More
