I had visited two other Volkswagen dealers. One told me I was very difficult to work with. The other said I could order the car I wanted if I picked out three colors. They made the mistake of focusing on what would be "age appropriate" for me even after I told them that I had previously owned a Mustang and currently owned a Thunderbird. My salesman, Nicholas Drasby, after speaking with me for a while and discussing options and explaining the workings of the lesser engine realized that he had a very specific need to qualify. He then told me he would order the car I wanted without hesitation. He said it would take time as the car had to be built. He then went and searched out the current available V.6 Passats and located one in another county. The office then went into full gear to obtain that car for me. I cannot tell you how professional, courteous and fine this office is. I would highly recommend Nick and is fellow Platinum Volkswagen co-worker to everyone. I love my car! More

So I checked out a few dealerships on the internet based on price and mileage for a certified pre owned car and a new car. So I found a car and worth looking at from Platnumn Volkswagon. I Drove there and looked and went inside to look for a salesman. As I was looking at the 2012 Jetta in the show room Juan Caguiat greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. I had showed him the ad of a 2011 Jetta from Platnumn website. We went to look at the car. Juan was very knowledgeable about the automobile and answered my questions. He then suggested to me to take a look at the 2012 Passat and jetta because of the type of trim I was asking for. Then I asked about financing and I wasn't certain which car I should buy. Between the 3 cars and their expertise, Juan and his manager were working out the finance that was economically feasible for me. For 3 hours Juan, his manager and I finally came to an agreement that fitted my own needs. In the end I bought the car that I originally looked at the beginning. The experience was enjoyable with no pressure, frustrations or sale gimmicks from Juan, the manager or the financier. The quality of service I received was served with professionalism and experience. The price of the car was fair and the money given to us for our trade-in was also fair. Financing was excellent at 0.9% by VW and the initial paperwork was done. We were in and out in about an hour.
