I went to Platinum VW for my service because I was tired of going out of my way to my usual dealer. The customer service was exceptional. I was expecting (since I hadn't gotten my car serviced in some time) that I would have a pretty heafty bill. That was not the case, the price I got was way under what I expected! The customer service rep informed me that I will be needing new tires soon. I am very satisfied with Plantium and will be purchasing four new tires from them in future as well as any future automobile purchases. I highly recommend them!! Damian immediately sensed my frustration and calmed me down (VERY HARD). I have a very difficult type A personality and I am anxious by nature. I prefer straight talk and straight answers. THIS is what I got at Platinum Volkswagon. Never did I feel pressured, it was more of a conversation about my wants and needs in terms of a car. EVERYONE was friendly warm and inviting. I actually enjoyed my car shopping. Damian knew the particular car I was interested in well and was able to answer all my questions. He never showed frustration and was VERY patient. I settled the deal and was very happy. EVERYTHING was fair. When I came to get my car he was still there making sure everything was fine. Even Bob was really patient and made sure I understood how to work the radio, bluetooth, ect. VERY nice guy. I can't tell you how pleased I am. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
