The overall appearance and general mood of the dealership was professional, friendly, and attractive. The recent hurricane -- and my insurance company's response to it --presented a bit of a challenge to timely completion of the transaction, but the Platinum team helped us navigate that effectively and conveniently. This dealership was great. They actually called after we bought the vehicle and LOWERED the interest rate. When has a car dealer done that? I have been buying cars for 30 years and have never had such a easy, pleasant experience. Even when we went to pick the car up the service manager went over every option the car had. I have bought Mercedes and Infinity in the past and they have never done that. I would highly reccomend this dealership and Volkswagen. This is the first one that I bought and how nice to find out that it has covered maintence for three years. I will go back to this dealer when my Prius needs to be replaced. More

Doc and Josh made buying my first car a great experience. Their costumer service and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. When I made my final decision, Doc printed out a large yellow smiley face and wrote "I belong to Sylvana" and put it on the windshield of the car in the showroom for everyone to see, that made me feel really special. As a surprise, Doc and Josh had pinstripes painted on to match the interior of the car. When i picked up the car, Doc had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the dashboard for me, along with Platinum VW hats, bags, coffee mugs and teeshirts, not to mention the full tank of gas. Jim was also a big help, he showed me every little detail there is to know, from the interior to the exterior. While driving my moms CC before i got my Jetta, I had some questions about the CD player, he was able to show me exactly how to use it in the Jetta. This is my moms favorite dealership and she's a fancy girl and they spoil her, she's had three cars from there and this is our fourth, they treat us really well there.
