He was very honest with us in regards to our trade in value and what the dealership would need to receive for us to make a deal. We stated our offer and within 2 minutes Platinum Autos had accepted. From there we only spent an hour to sign all of the paperwork and finalize the deal. This was the quickest experience we have ever had while buying a car. So one afternoon I headed downtown Bellevue where I spent some very good time working with Robert at Platinum Autos. During our sales experience he was always the proper gentleman and exuded both professionalism and technical knowledge about the brand. In one year of car shopping I can't say that we had a better experience than the one my wife and I had with Robert. He is to be commended for his work and his professionalism. He introduced us to a super awesome salesman named Triston and he made the whole experience super fun! Buy a car from him, he really cares about you because he spent an entire hour trying to help me find the lowest insurance quote on the internet because he felt that may insurance company was overpriced.
