Damaged my MKC; tried to avoid responsibility. Oil changed; filler cap left off; 1 1/2 qts oil sucked out onto engine. Service management attemped to avoid recording the issue in a manner that would garentee "no charge" repairs of any future damage that was caused by the oil spray incident. As a result of this incident we have freed ourselves of the worries and gotten other transportation. More

Unplanned service prompt and courteous My MKC’s electronics were acting funny and I couldn’t use Navigation or turn the radio off. I stopped by Plaza without an appointment. The service rep came out and tried to determine the problem. When she couldn’t she made a scheduled appointment for a couple of hours later. The problem was resolved and I got my SUV back all clean and shiny! More

Worst communication ever!!! While I was waiting in the waiting area (which I was told it would take 2 and 1/2 hours for my service) half way thru I was told the mechanic went to While I was waiting in the waiting area (which I was told it would take 2 and 1/2 hours for my service) half way thru I was told the mechanic went to lunch!!! xxx!!! I would of thought that he would have finished the job before going to lunch. So 4 hours and 10 minutes later it still was not finished (car was supposed to be detailed after service) I told them to forget about detail I was leaving.... When I addressed my concerns to service manager I was told "any normal person takes a lunch regardless if the customer is waiting" Not this girl.... NEVER AGAIN!!!! More

If I had known I may have agreed, but I had no idea about these maintenance charges. More

New keys I needed a new key for my Lincoln. These are the new electronic key bobs that you can leave in your pocket and the car senses them. They had to be or I needed a new key for my Lincoln. These are the new electronic key bobs that you can leave in your pocket and the car senses them. They had to be ordered. They cost 200 dollars each and another 65 dollars to program them to work in your car. Everything worked well. It only took a few minutes to do the work. As Plaza Lincoln is so far I tried to order from the internet and do it locally. It’s all controlled with proprietary software. Plaza Lincoln did it fine. More
